IMPORTANT: Payment should be made by bank transfer before filling in the registration form because the pdf confirmation of the bank transfer should be attached to the registration form. The PACOR 2023 organizers will not be responsible for tracking transfers without appropriate identification.
When you make the bank transfer, please make sure that the University of León DOES NOT pay any bank transfer charges. Please also make sure that when you do the transfer you send the full amount for the conference fees. Participants will be fully responsible for any bank transfer charges.

A scanned copy of the payment receipt must be sent to the organizers by uploading it to the registration form. Registration will only be complete once proof of payment has been provided. If you require an invoice, please include your invoicing details in the registration form. All participants must register in order to appear in the conference programme and to receive a certificate of participation.
Cancellation policy: No refunds will be possible if participants cancel their participation in the conference.
A conference dinner is planned for the 23rd November. If you wish to attend the dinner, please indicate so in the registration form. Do not make payment for the dinner during registration, as this will be done on site at the beginning of the conference.
